Using an online ques\u00adti\u00adon\u00adnaire, the goal of the cur\u00adrent study was to examine soci\u00adode\u00admo\u00adgra\u00adphic cha\u00adrac\u00adte\u00adris\u00adtics, the psy\u00adcho\u00adpa\u00adtho\u00adlogy of forum users, moti\u00adves for par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adting, and sub\u00adjec\u00adtive effects of self-harm forum use. A total of 309 self-harm forum users par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adted in this study. 3 hete\u00adro\u00adge\u00adneous user types with dif\u00adfe\u00adring moti\u00adves for visit\u00ading the forum and dif\u00adfe\u00adrent usage effects were iden\u00adti\u00adfied.
