My rese\u00adarch approach invol\u00adves direct impli\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons for the clinical-psychological work and the\u00adra\u00adpeutic and psy\u00adcho\u00adso\u00adma\u00adtic prac\u00adtice. In addi\u00adtion to my three main rese\u00adarch areas, I also con\u00adduct rese\u00adarch in the fields of part\u00adnership, sexua\u00adlity, psy\u00adcho\u00adso\u00adma\u00adtic aspects of repro\u00adduc\u00adtive medi\u00adcine and attach\u00adment as well as rese\u00adarch about health\u00adcare pro\u00adfes\u00adsi\u00adons (psy\u00adcho\u00adlogy, medi\u00adcine, etc.).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Research focus 1: E-MENTAL HEALTH<\/span><\/h3>\n

he cli\u00adni\u00adcal and rese\u00adarch field of E-mental health descri\u00adbes the use of modern media wit\u00adhin the com\u00adplete spec\u00adtrum of cli\u00adni\u00adcal psy\u00adcho\u00adlo\u00adgi\u00adcal inter\u00adven\u00adtion. This inclu\u00addes its use wit\u00adhin preven\u00adtion, self-help, coun\u00adsel\u00adling, the\u00adrapy, and reha\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adta\u00adtion.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

The most pro\u00admi\u00adnent media inter\u00adven\u00adtion form is the Inter\u00adnet, even though a host of other media forms such as vir\u00adtual rea\u00adlity tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies, apps, and com\u00adpu\u00adter games can be employed as tre\u00adat\u00adment moda\u00adli\u00adties. E-mental health also repres\u00adents a gro\u00adwing rese\u00adarch field that aims to examine cli\u00adni\u00adcally rele\u00advant effects of media use.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Among such effects are a num\u00adber of Inter\u00adnet rela\u00adted dis\u00ador\u00adders and pro\u00adblems inclu\u00adding; addic\u00adtive, dys\u00adfunc\u00adtio\u00adnal, self-harming and devi\u00adant uses of modern media.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n
